The jerseys we offer are 100% custom-made around your logo and specific design requests. This purchase allows our graphic artist the time to create, fine-tune, and deliver the most accurate representation of your group/team utilizing your logo. We will provide mock-ups for your approval before any ordering can occur.
A LOGO IS REQUIRED and must be provided in vector/Adobe Illustrator format. Recommend formats are .a1, .eps, and .pdf.
Opening a .jpg or .png image in Adobe Illustrator and saving it out as an .ai or .eps or .pdf file is not how you make a logo vector.
DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE FOR THIS ORDER. THE PHONES TEND TO CHANGE THE FILE AND WON'T LET YOU UPLOAD IT.

Make sure to fill it out completely and with as much detail as possible. Adding "We want a red jersey." doesn't give us much to work with. Please give all you can so we can do our best to make you look good! If you have more sponsors then the amount of upload spaces we have please zip them in a folder and upload the folder to the sponsor area.

Step 2: Design (1-3 weeks for design)
We will send you an email when our artists begin designing. Allow 1-3 weeks for us to design and deliver a mock-up for your approval. We only do custom from scratch art based off your logo.
Step 3: Production (2-4 weeks for print/cut/sew)

At The Jersey Guy, every item we produce is custom-made specifically for you. Because your apparel is personalized with your selected design, colors, names, numbers, logos, and other custom details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Custom-Made Products
All products sold by The Jersey Guy are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your order is being manufactured specifically for you.

You have reviewed and approved all design details, including colors, artwork, names, numbers, sizes, and any custom information provided.

Once production begins, your order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind

Color preferences after ordering

Design choices that were approved prior to production

Custom names, numbers, or personalization

Team or organization orders

Manufacturing Errors or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of everything we make.
If you receive an item that has:

A manufacturing defect

Incorrect customization due to our error

Damage that occurred during production
please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

A brief description of the problem
If the issue is determined to be our error, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.
Sizing
Sizing charts are provided whenever possible. Because every item is custom produced, we cannot exchange products due to incorrect size selection.

Color & Artwork
We make every effort to accurately display product colors and artwork. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, phone, and printer settings.
Minor color variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Order Changes
Order changes or cancellations may only be requested before production has begun. Once your order has entered production, no changes or cancellations can be made.
