We create 100% custom designs built around your team logo and your requests. After you submit the form, our artist will design your jersey and send mock-ups for your approval before any ordering happens.

Logo needed

A logo is required. Vector files are best: .ai, .eps, .pdf
(Uploading a .jpg/.png and re-saving it as .ai/.eps/.pdf does not make it a true vector.)

IMPORTANT: Use a computer

DO NOT place this order on your phone. Phones often change files and can block uploads.

How it works

Step 1: Complete the form

Fill it out with as much detail as possible.
Example: “We want a red jersey” isn’t enough—tell us styles, themes, colors, ideas, etc.
Use an email you can access so you can receive and approve your proof.

Step 2: Design (1–3 weeks)

We’ll email you when your design starts.
Please allow 1–3 weeks for the first mock-up. We create custom artwork from scratch based on your logo.

Step 3: Order apparel (2–4 weeks production)

After you approve the design, we’ll email you:

• a list of apparel options

• a link to order in bulk or individually from our jersey gallery

Notes

• If the custom fee is too high, many teams use sponsors and place sponsor logos on the back to help cover costs.

• No refunds once artwork has started, but we do revisions until approved.

• After approval, you get access to our apparel at discounted pricing
