At The Jersey Guy, every item we produce is custom-made specifically for you. Because your apparel is personalized with your selected design, colors, names, numbers, logos, and other custom details, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Custom-Made Products
All products sold by The Jersey Guy are made to order. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:

Your order is being manufactured specifically for you.

You have reviewed and approved all design details, including colors, artwork, names, numbers, sizes, and any custom information provided.

Once production begins, your order cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
No Returns or Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer

Change of mind

Color preferences after ordering

Design choices that were approved prior to production

Custom names, numbers, or personalization

Team or organization orders

Manufacturing Errors or Defective Products

Sizing
Sizing charts are provided whenever possible. Because every item is custom produced, we cannot exchange products due to incorrect size selection.

Color & Artwork
We make every effort to accurately display product colors and artwork. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to differences in monitor, phone, and printer settings.
Minor color variations do not qualify for returns or refunds.
Order Changes
Order changes or cancellations may only be requested before production has begun. Once your order has entered production, no changes or cancellations can be made.
